Training and Compliance Co-Ordinator
Job Overview
The overall purpose of this role is to assist to maintain the existing environmental management system, quality management system and H&S management systems across Re-Gen Group. The candidate will also assist to ensure compliance with license requirements, regulations, existing and new legislation. Additional aspects of the role are to collaborate with operations across the group to ensure training needs are meet and all aspects of training co-ordination are scheduled and effectively documented.
Key Duties
- Assist to maintain the document controls required to maintain compliance with IS0 9001, 14001, 45001 systems across the group
- Assist to maintain various documentation in regards keeping up to date with license’s requirements
- To Collaborate with operational and production orientated departments ensure compliance is maintained and adequately documented
- Review and monitor existing polices
- Attend Health, safety, and environmental meetings with various internal and external groups
- To organise and schedule training and keep the training records maintained
- To perform the job in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures
- To perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time-to-time
Essential Criteria
- Two-years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience of maintaining IMS systems
- Experience of liaising with External auditors for ISO9001,14001 & 45001
- IOSH managing Safely or equivalent
- Oral and written communication skills including report/ tender writing, facilitation, and public speaking
- Demonstrated planning, co-ordination, and resource management skills, including the proven ability to analyse situations and implement workable solutions
- Competent using Microsoft Office package
- Handling information and data effectively for analysis and plan of action
- Communication via online platforms
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Driving License
Desirable Criteria
- Internal auditor qualifications
- Lead auditor qualifications
- NEBOSH general certificate
Duration: Full Time Permanent
Location: Newry
Remuneration: Attractive
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
