Appointed in 2018, Martins Riekstins is our Fabricator Foreman / Cad Engineer.

“I have been working with Re-Gen since 2018.

My role is to look after welders and make sure all work meets the quality that is required. Working in Re-Gen has enabled me to take part in, forklift, handling grinders, manual handling, gas cutting, cherry picker, CNC operating, and first aid training.

I have grown a lot since joining Re-Gen, I started off as a Fabricator and I am now a Fabricator Forman / Cad Engineer. I have been given many opportunities in Re-Gen to further my career.”
