Kamil Żyluk was a second-year university student English Philology (study about language in oral or written form) in Poland when a friend suggested joining Re-Gen in 2012 – today he is our mixed dry recycling (MDR) plant Shift Supervisor.

His first job with the company was General Operative, then he was promoted to Quality Control Operative. Kamil was an Administrator between 2016-2018, and was appointed Shift Supervisor in 2018.
