Pictured below are Lukasz Karpiel, our MDR Assistant Plant Manager and his son Alan, who is a fourth-year student at St. Coleman’s College, as part of their career programme “Take Your Son to Work Day”.

Alan spent the day at Re-Gen with his father, getting a great insight into what a typical day looks like.

This experience will help Alan prepare for what working life is like and develop his employability skills. We would like to wish Alan all the best for future exams and hope that this experience will help him when choosing his career path.
