MRW National Recycling Conference 2022: Skills, safety and modern-day slavery
Re-Gen’s Managing Director Joseph Doherty has taken part in this year’s National Recycling Conference to look at skills, safety, and modern-day slavery in the recycling industry.
Joseph took part in the discussion on ‘Training & upskilling approaches – how to close the skill gap’ with Sarahjane Widdowson, Director at Intelisos, and Angeline Betts-Derbyshire, Group Head of HR at Recycling Lives.
Over 100 recycling and resource management professionals attended the online event to hear from industry giants on recruiting the workforce of the future, safeguarding employment supply chains, and the best approaches for training and upskilling.
