Colin Walsh

Non-Executive Chairman

Experience: Colin has served as Non‑Executive Chairman since January 2019. His long-term experience in commercial leadership makes him the ideal individual for the role of Chairman at Re‑Gen. With over three decades of commercial and industrial leadership experience, including his time as CEO at Crescent Capital NI Limited, Colin brings extensive knowledge in corporate strategy, governance and business development. He plays a pivotal role in guiding the company’s long-term strategic direction and growth.

Richard Moore

Non-Executive Director

Experience: Richard joined Re‑Gen in October 2016 and contributes deep commercial insight from his time at leading companies like Linden Foods and Linergy Ltd. With decades of experience in strategic growth, product development, and international sales, he supports the board with his wide industry knowledge and broad network.

Aidan Doherty

Non-Executive Director

Experience: Aidan is a founding director of Re-Gen who joined full‑time in 2006. He lead key divisions including Public Sector, Engineering and R&D until March 2022. A qualified civil engineer and Chartered Institute for Waste Management member, his long tenure reflects his commitment to building Re‑Gen’s state of the art technical and operational foundations. He retains a watching brief across all of Re-Gen’s operational platforms. He is also the Managing Director of Re‑Gen Robotics, Re‑Gen’s sister company, driving innovation in automation and robotics.

Joseph Doherty

Managing Director (Executive)

Experience: Joseph is a founding director who steered the company’s evolution from a family construction business into one of Europe’s most technologically advanced recycling companies. With a degree in Construction Engineering & Management and industry wide recognition for his outstanding entrepreneurship, he continues to shape Re‑Gen’s strategic vision.

Colin Doherty

Operations Director (Executive)

Experience: Also, a founding director, Colin oversees Re‑Gen’s operational performance including mixed dry recycling and municipal waste facilities as well as the transport fleet. A civil engineer by training and long‑standing member of the Chartered Institute for Waste Management, he plays a key role in keeping daily operations efficient and reliable.

Celine Grant

Commercial Director (Executive)

Experience: Celine joined Re‑Gen in May 2004 and has led the commercial and material supply teams to global markets; she brings a strong commercial acumen and export expertise to the business. Celine is also the first female president of the Recycling Association, highlighting her leadership and influence in the wider recycling industry.

Neil O'Prey

Chief Financial Officer

Experience: Neil became Group Finance Director in January 2020 and brings international financial leadership experience to Re‑Gen. With over 20 years at PwC, where he held a number of senior roles in both the United Kingdom and international territories, Neil is a chartered accountant with extensive expertise in investor relations, strategic planning and financial management. He oversees the company’s financial strategy and performance.
